Renovation to Victorian townhouse. We took this property back to brickwork in each room (6 bedroom property) including bathrooms, upgrading insulation and restoring its original features.
We also installed a heated swimming pool and coordinated the landscaping.
The existing double garage was converted to a cinema room with a bathroom below.
This project required planning permission with local authority building control, the timeline was 12 months.
Large double storey extension constructed of SIPS Panels with a zinc standing seam roof and vertical larch cladding. The windows and doors are heritage aluminium including a beautiful corner window on the first floor.
There was extensive structural works to open up the existing property into the new extension.
Project length was 7 months.
Large single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the property, double storey extension to the side. New build garage with annex above. We created a beautiful new master bedroom with a large en-suite, kitchen dining area and indoor gym.
This was a fantastic project to be involved with, we were able to use reclaimed materials to ensure a good blend from old to new.
This was a 9 month project that required planning permission
Large flat roof extension creating a kitchen dining space, installation of crittal doors. We installed a beautiful rosewood real oak floor ontop of a wet underfloor heating system which looks great in conjunction with the doors.
This required planning permission with a project duration of 4 months.
Large double storey extension creating a new master bedroom with en-suite and kitchen dining area. This project included a few modifications to the existing house including re-plastering and redecorating.
The project duration was 7 months.
Interesting little project tucked away in Speldhurst. It was a conversion of an old plant room on the grounds of a listed property, in times gone-by larger houses would have a plantroom for storing a coal powered generator. We had the opportunity to convert this into a textile studio for the client.
As this was a listed property we needed to obtain the relevant permissions.
The project duration was 8 weeks.
